Long Story Short with Dr. Been Episode 17: Autophagy with Intermittent Fasting, Spermidine and Resveratrol In this lecture we explore autophagy - what it is and how it works to clear pathogens (virus, bacteria, fungus, other offending agents) from the cell. The presence of spike protein within a cell can make autophagy impossible as SARS-COV-2 and spike protein inhibits the process. To overcome this, intermittent fasting, resveratrol, spermidine and some other therapeutics that can be used for potentially great effect.
