Dream Catchers Care & Compassion Committee, Les Paul

from Z Z Archive 2014 · host Brain Injury Radio

We often hear people say that there's just not a lot of love of kindness and care in the world today, but I'm here to say in many instances yes their is but you just don't always see the people working in the background who don't wish to be seen but go about their business of helping people with care and compassion in the community. Care, civic duty, community, kindness to our fellow man, love and hope for our neighbors, and standing in line for someone else who's unable. These are some of the kinds of things I would like to see happen on our brain injury survivors network building bridges and closing the gap for people who are truly suffering with heartache and pain, but in need of a little TLC, whether they're in the hospital, nursing home, are back in their home, but unable to care for themselves! Tonight I'm going to talk about community service and dignity for fellow survivors and what we can do to bridge the gap between life and death and hope of deliverance from the darkness that surrounds us! I'm hoping that you call in with your ideas on how we can make this a reality because were already working on this in my own local community where two different members of our local support group are in the hospital right now, and we've been spending time with them to help ease the pain and heartache and loneliness and just doing what's right. Well, just because we know it's right!!!!! These are not mere words, but a call of kindness for people around the world to begin helping one another and bold new brave ways. Sincerely, Les Paul Morgan the Dream Catcher.
