Learning to thrive again after a life altering disability can seem like the impossible dream but at dream catchers we believe impossible is just another word for go back and try again! We believe in achieving our goals, one at a time together to motivate each of us to find a bold new way of life and inspired the world of survivors to greatness! I’m going to be speaking at ABLE of South Carolina independent living rally at the Capitol in Columbia South Carolina on May 8 2014 and I want you to know that when I speak I will be carrying the voices and faces and names of people in my heart with me that I’ve met brain injury radio, Walton options, community meetings on disability, and multiple people met in person on my job who felt like the world died around them. I’m also asking for your prayers help guide me so that I speak with compassion and power speaking of inclusion and independence that we can no longer take the inhumane treatment of people with disabilities here in the United States and around the world anymore!!!!! Did you know we the survivors can be our own worst enemies and obstacles to finding our greater goals of inclusion in society again?Well that is changing.
