Dream Catchers - Possibilities not Disabilities - Les Paul Morgan I am an American Citizen doing all I can to find the American Dream who just also happens to have a disability. Disability is not a bad word it’s the way people have used the word to create so many negative stereotypes that I cannot stand! The fact is I am one single person living with a disability on a journey of discovery to help myself and hopefully many, many others will discover their possibilities and turn them into a lifelong Dream Come True! Because I work for a Center for Independent Living which is a Civil Rights for people with disabilities organization while I am at work I am working in the very heart of the disability rights movement as a peer supporter and advocate for person with disabilities as a person with a disability. I feel this gives me a great eyes view of ways to help people find ways to overcome the many problems of living with a Brain Injury or any other type of disability so I hope we together can concur the illusion that we can’t do something great because I know we can!!!
