That is when we the survivors our care givers, and Family, and Friends need to learn to understand that the holidays can bring special challenges and blessings as well so join in the discussion with us tonight as we prepare to celebrate the reason for the season on Dream Catchers! Infact I have felt the stress and over load this week to the poingt I just had to go home early and go to bed exausted to the point that was all I could do. Topics will include 1. Information over load! 2. To much eye Candy 3. Short Term and long term memory 4. People cant see my injuries so they judge me 5. Trying to rember so many names an things 6. KNowing when to sit down and rest 7. Crash and Burn or Live and let Live 8.  When stress becomes your blessings 9. Over coming sadness during the holiidays 10. Becoming an over comer
