Colors. Dreams are full of them, and the chakra system is one way to explore their meanings. Today we speak to energy medicine specialist and chiropractor Dr. Mary Sanders about the chakra system and how it supports our health. We also speak about how we are anchored to our body during astral travel through one or more of our chakras. Dr. Mary goes through all seven chakras describing what characteristics each color might suggest as well as the organs that each chakra is associated with.
