Pamela Means is one of the healers in my book Heal Yourself and her own healing journey is featured in chapter 67. Pamela talks about her journey of healing a candida infection in her gut, through dietary changes and learning to take time out and rest. She shares a technique to understand what your body needs and how to interpret the answer to your question.As a dream walker, she walks into people's dreams to help them understand the meanings and shares the different types of dreams. Pamela's Bio Pamela is a certified Life Coach and a Master Reiki Healer. In 2022, she became a certified Dream Teacher.Through ill health, she learnt to nurture herself and became a life coach and master reiki healer.In the past 20 years she has connected to alternative health methods and healing through diet, exercise and connecting to the inner wisdom of plants, animal and earth.
