Dream Home Birth after Healing Birth Trauma

from The Natural Birth Podcast · host Sacred Birth International

Today we have Amanda Amanda is a mum of 2 from Sweden and she is a MindBody therapist and spiritual coach. I had the honor of assisting Amanda in her healing of her birth trauma from her first birth, in the lead up to her second birth, through one on one birth trauma healing and debriefing session. It’s important to understand why things unfold as they do and to allow yourself to fully meet all the sensations and emotions trapped within that memory in your body, mind and soul to fully be able to let it go. And its even more important to deal with fears and previous traumas before your next birth so that you don’t end up bringing it in to your birth space. If you feel like you would like some loving space held for you as you work through previous birth trauma then please visit my website www.sacredbirthinternational.com or contact me directly. I am so pleased that Amanda was able to work through her birth trauma and the fears coming up before her birth and that she ended up having a wonderful home birth for her second.
