Dream Session: Nightmares & Unlocking the Secrets Hidden within the Shadows with Lorree Appleby

Lorree Appleby is a Certified Radical Living Master Coach, Intuitive Energy Healer, Certified Inspirational Speaker, and Creator of the gamified self-care practice Soul Adventure™ Journey to the Real Me. In this dream session episode, Lorree shares a nightmare about uninvited guests causing harm in her home with her husband, dog, and cats. I use the DreamMirror Method to interpret the dream and explain that nightmares have the strongest impact on us and can be powerful and upsetting because we are not addressing the message in the dream. By understanding the message and unearthing what the dream is saying, we can dissolve the nightmare and learn that there is hope and light in the darkness.
