Dreaming with, about, and for the Ancestors with Stephanie Burns, PhD

Connecting with our ancestors. Our guest Stephanie R. Burns starts by describing her all-inclusive view of ancestors which is far vaster than our biological lineage, including the most ancient ancestor of them all, the Earth. She says that we can choose to communicate only with benevolent ancestors and are also able to heal the less healthy ancestors and not let ourselves be controlled by them. She suggests using the four elements as part of our rituals around working with these dreams and focusing on intentionality and gratitude. She describes what she calls Earth Dreaming which is dreaming for the healing of Mama Earth. Max shares a recent dream of his about a tree and how we act as if everything is not connected. Steve calls from Prunedale to ask how to start making an alliance w a particular grandfather who died when he was ten. Kay calls from Vermont asking if you can you doubt the answers from your ancestors, and Stephanie replies, “Yes!
