Dreams

from The Intrynsic Podcast · host Intrynsic Productions

There are only two types of dreams out there, 1. The dreams we share with people, and 2. Our actual dreams. In reality the "dreams" we share with people are more goals than they are dreams. These can be visualized, planned, and ultimately achieved. So what are our actual dreams? Take a second and think about a time in your life when you had an idea. An idea that required a completely different version of yourself. Excitement, fear, euphoria, this idea triggered these emotions, but most of all the version of you in that idea is almost unrecognizable. That is a dream. That is *your* dream, or rather *one* of your dreams. We may never truly share our dreams with the outside world, but make no mistake they are there, and they never go away. Make the effort and listen to yourself, the real you, the one with all the dreams. Only that person knows who you really want to be. In this episode we dive into dreams, goals, and aspirations. The only way to find our true dreams is to start digging, talk to your friends and family about your goals, the more comfortable you get with this, the more accessible your dreams will become to you.
