Dreams And Their Interpretations During The Pandemic

from Burke Allen's Big Time Talker Podcast — by SpeakerMatch · host Burke Allen

Insomnia and vivid dreams are on the rise with COVID-19 anxiety. Our guest, Craig Sim Webb is a Speaker/Author/Researcher on dreams, applied psychology and consciousness, as well as a physicist and biomedical inventor. Craig has served as a featured author and expert on SyFy and the BBC and for two decades has headed the non-profit Dreams Foundation. He will join us analyze how stress and uncertainty results in sleep irregularities which reflects in our dreams. With coronavirus, stay-at-home orders, anxiety and low activity during the day can make it harder to get a good night’s sleep, and frequently waking up during the night can increase the likelihood that dreams are remembered the next day.  There are ways to interpret dreams and change them into inspirations and that is what we will discuss with our guest Craig Sim Webb.
