He says he’s always looked up to the defendant, but the defendant is a big dreamer and gets into financial difficulties. He loaned the defendant money, but he hasn’t fully paid back, so he’s suing. The defendant doesn’t think he owes the plaintiff because the money was a gift. Then, The plaintiff rented a room in the defendant’s home, but she moved out after four days. She claims the plaintiff is an alcoholic and prejudiced against Muslims. She said it was a nightmare and moved out. She’s suing for a rent refund and her security deposit. The defendant argues she isn’t prejudice. She thinks the plaintiff is a liar. She’s countersuing for defamation of character.
