She claims the plaintiff is an alcoholic and prejudiced against Muslims. She said it was a nightmare and moved out. She’s suing for a rent refund and her security deposit. The defendant argues she isn’t prejudice. She thinks the plaintiff is a liar. She’s countersuing for defamation of character.
