Drinkwitz Calls Out Kansas Hype | Missouri Tigers Football News

Missouri’s Eli Drinkwitz turned heads after his team’s 38-21 Border War win over Kansas, not just for the score but for his fiery social media response to Kansas’s rivalry hype video. Calling the video divisive and embarrassing, Drinkwitz slammed its historical framing—especially on 9/11—and declared the game settled “right versus wrong” on the field. He insisted it’s just football, urging unity amid national tensions, then cheekily admitted he tried to embarrass them. Now 2-0, Missouri eyes Troy next, riding high on this statement victory.
