Driven by revenge and anger!
from Thulani Tomose · host Thulani Tomose
Are you clear/aware, what kind of damage a revenge can cause to you mental and emotional? Pain is tricky sometimes, it can make you think and believe by causing back the pain to someone who has hurt you, it will make you feel better but it doesn’t. You may also think by ignoring the person who hurt you or by trying new things it will change how you are feeling and thinking. Yes sometimes it can help you for a short term but it will not last for a long terms. You will find yourself back to where you started with your pain because you did not understand it is not about the other person what you are experiencing emotionally and mentally. It’s about you. The pure truth is, revenge, ignoring, manipulating, anger, blame, friends, family, addiction, drugs, psychedelics, alcohol will not solve your emotional and mental pain. You need to understand where your revenge spirit is coming from first. Your revenge, anger is driven by your disappointments, unforgiveness, shame, dwelling in your negative thoughts towards that person or situation for to long without a direction or a solution. I know how it feels to be driven by revenge, by your emotions with anger but let me tell you what may help you to understand better that revenge is never a solution to your inner conflicts and pain. Those people who has hurt you, were hurt also before from someone else. Yes it is not an excuse to hurt someone else because they were hurt. People who didn’t confront, understand, solve their inner suffering, anger, pain, unforgiven and let go of their past, can be dangerous because they can hurt other people very deeply. Some of this people can hurt others intentionally but most of the time not. Some of this people are not hurting others intentionally, they are not aware of the outcome of their actions because they have lost the connection to themselves and to the reality long time while on the outside they may look normal to perfection to you. There are so many people who are suffering and wounded from the childhood, and they never confront themselves with their past, but they are damaging others. I know it’s not easy to understand the hole thing, especially when it’s someone you love and trust the most who betrayed, ignored and hurts you so deeply. If, you have an understanding that You have no control how another human can turn into because of what they also went through, that can save you a lot of unnecessary inner conflicts and suffering in you. That’s why my advice to you in this case is to not look at the hole process with the negative emotions and thoughts. I know it’s not easy but that’s what can help you to understand and suffer lesser. Focus on your inner healing instead of revenge or looking for answers you will never get answers to. Learn from what your painful experiences has thought you. As painful it may feel learn to accept that pain is as a Part of Life journey... It’s your lessons to learn and to become emotionally, mentally, physically, spiritually better for yourself. Don’t allow your bad and painful experiences this world to make you become bitter, negative, frustrated and loose connection to your soul. Instead, see your painful experiences as an opportunity to change, transform, understand, forgive, let go of the unsolved inner conflicts, unforgiven people and situations. Nobody is perfect in this world, we are all suffering from time to time in our own ways and timing. What separates us is how we choose to deal with the painful, difficult situations that are given. That’s why I always say be conscious aware about your thoughts, your choices in life general. Because many of the choices we are taking dearly are we have often created in our minds out of fear. I hope I could give you a bit clearity. For more information please visit my website. I am wishing you a wonderful day. Lots of love.
