(RUI), where he transformed a legacy family-owned business into an industry leader, doubling headcount and quadrupling revenues through strategic growth and M&A. Earlier in his career, as Vice President and Install Manager at RUI, Adam was instrumental in expanding market share and operational capabilities. Beyond his professional achievements, Adam actively supports the industry and his community. He serves on the Hussmann Advisory Board and participates in organizations such as the Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA) and the Food Marketing Institute.
