Driving Social Mobility: The Role of Higher Education Today

Higher education remains one of the most evident drivers of social mobility that exists in the United States. People who graduate from college often earn higher salaries and have lower unemployment. Additionally, college offers young adults the opportunity to be part of a community and experience personal growth and development. So, in 2024, where does higher education stand in our society? What are some challenges that the industry faces as we approach 2025? What is PennWest doing to address these challenges and face the opportunities.
