The initiative centers on mechatronic systems and embedded AI controllers that can handle tasks such as automated factory handling, in-vehicle robotic assistants, and dynamic inspection, with the institute positioned as an R&D hub for cross-disciplinary robotics and AI safety research within the company’s ecosystem.Scientists at the University of Cambridge have demonstrated a new class of light-emitting devices by electrically powering insulating nanoparticles using tiny organic “molecular antennas,” effectively creating an LED architecture that operates in a regime previously considered impossible for insulators.
