DROP IT LIKE A PODDY
from Diaspora United Hosted by Diaspora United
Aaaaaaaand WE BACK! Courtney has returned from a much deserved and needed vacation and hopped back on the mic with André to discuss everydamnthang! We get into the top NWSL storylines including Ebony Salmon's Revenge Tour and the Wavé doin the wobble. We also get into just what in the hell is going on with the Spirit, Courage and Gotham, including Courtney going long on Gotham's problems and how to fix them. Then we discuss why a club world cup needs to happen, plus the difference between tactics vs styles, and why the NWSL doesn't get credit for being a tactical league. After that we get into the Ballon d'Or shortlist, shoutout the melanin and demand some respect on Trinity Rodman's name! Heated & Hyped takes us from that OregonLive piece on Portland Timbers/Thorns office culture, bug bites, French tacos, Christen Press' Auntie Era, and RENAISSANCE. Please also listen, subscribe, rate and review – we appreciate y'all. ============= Links: Former Employees of Portland Timbers, Thorns Allege 'Toxic' Work Environment for Women, Working Mothers Melanated Ballon d'Or Ballers Fun Auntie Era CP ============= Follow Us: Twitter - @DiasporaUtdPod Instagram - diasporautdpod ============= Finally by Loxbeats https://soundcloud.com/loxbeats Creative Commons — Attribution 3.0 Unported — CC BY 3.
