from Dropping Dymes Hosted by Dropping Dymes Podcast

What and How: Questions to the present to help our past and grow the future Hey hey everybody and welcome to episode 9 of the Dropping Dymes Podcast! You could've been anywhere in the world, but you're here with us, so big thanks! We've got a good one for you, as always. We want to get you thinking, talking back to us, sharing those thoughts, so in the words of the Great Wallace, LETSSSSSSS GOOOOOOO!!! 9:00- If you could back to your younger self and tell them ANYTHING, what would say? I think we all loved this question, but knowing what we know now, how would you give it to your younger self? These answers are our own, but make so much sense for us, but maybe even for you. What would you tell your younger self? Let us hear your answers in the comments. 52:11- How do you help, offer support or offer yourself when someone close to you is having a "moment" or a mental crisis? Sometimes we have to be something more for those close to you, but how do we help? And when helping, have you ever found yourself getting overwhelmed with that role? Let's talk about it, out loud! Another great episode in the books! Episode 9 didn't give us what 8 gave, but it has its own moments that are needed and should be remembered and shared. Remember to SHARE, SUBSCRIBE, COMMENT and 👍🏾! Remember that we love y'all, and can't wait to see you in the comments! 💪🏾✊🏾🤞🏾
