Drug addiction Recovery & Advocacy: 2 years later

Two years ago at the height of the pandemic I interviewed recovery advocate Tim Ryan best know from the A&E Network series "Dope Man" in 2017.  We discussed the issues people in recovery faced of not liking attending 12 step meetings on zoom for example.  (You can listen to our episode, Season 1 Episode 5-  https://spotifyanchor-web.app.link/e/oAQ2ifbemtb )   What I learned from Tim over 2 years later, not much as changed in terms of what he is seeing.  People are continuing to die from drug addiction.   #addiction #drugaddiction is one of my passion's related to social work.
