Drug Take Back Saturday at Wilkes Barre Police Station

A reminder from Wilkes Barre Police Department Officer Kirk Merchel with WILK's Jason Barsky. On Saturday April 27 from 10am to 2pm we will be hosting a collection site for National Prescription Drug Take Back Day. You can bring your unused, or expired prescription medications to dispose of them. They are collected by the DEA and disposed of. The only items that we are unable to collect are liquids or needles. If you are unable to make it on Saturday, feel free to use use our secure receptacle in the lobby of police headquarters 15 N. Washington St Wilkes Barre P
