Drug Treatment Warm Hand-Offs: Continuity of Care

In this episode,  Executive Director Glenn Pasewicz introduces the concept of warm hand-offs, a coordination of  public services to encourage people with Substance Use Disorder to seek treatment.  The majority of the episode features Susan Elder and Bryan DeWalt speaking with Helen Khanzhina, project manager of Warm Hand-Offs in Pennsylvania.
