DRUKHARI: Is 10th Edition's Final Codex Good? | 40k Review

from TTP Field Manual

Website/links: https://ttpfieldmanual.captivate.fm–Joshy and Jonny review the likely final codex of Warhammer 40,000's '10th Edition' - Codex: Drukhari. This faction is the setting's equivalent to a fantasy "Dark Elf" The Drukhari are sadistic raiders, riding out from their Dark City to enslave and butcher all, so that they may stave off their own demise at Slaanesh's hands. On the tabletop, the Drukhari are at baseline the fastest group of units, excelling at rapidly disembarking from, slaughtering their foe, and re-embarking into transports as hit-and-run specialists. While their range may be slim in recent times, and with models approaching an outdated aesthetic, we had a lot of fun exploring their rules and determining ways to use every unit and engage with the factions in several detachments. We even discuss Harlequins, the Reaper's Wager, Legends units, and Crusade.Have you started a Drukhari army?–TIMESTAMPS:0:00 Intro5:01 Druhkari Lore + Army Rule (Power From Pain)11:16 KABAL DATASHEETS - Kabalite Warriors18:07 Incubi and Drazhar24:55 Hand of the Archon31:15 Archon35:07 Lady Malys41:06 Scourges48:55 Ravager53:07 Mandrakes57:08 WYCH CULTS: Lore and Wyches1:01:56 Succubus + Lelith Hesperax1:07:41 Hellions & Reavers1:14:46 Venom1:17:36 COVENS: Wracks1:23:49 Haemonculus1:26:13 Pain Engines: Cronos & Talos1:33:05 Raider Transport1:36:59 Razorwing Jetfigher & Voidraven Bomber1:42:21 DETACHMENTS: Kabalite Cartel1:48:26 Spectacle of Spite1:54:07 Covenite Coterie1:57:58 Realspace Raiders + Jonny's 2k List2:04:51 Skysplinter Assault2:08:35 Harlequins, Grotmas' Reaper's Wager Detachment, & Joshy's 2k List2:17:02 Legends Units/Datasheets2:20:16 Crusade Narrative Gaming Rules2:25:09 Outro–TTP Field Manual is brought to you by Joshy and Jonny, best friends and gaming enthusiasts from their local group, Trust the Process Hobbies. Die-hard fans of tabletop gaming, we use this podcast as a platform to share our passionate (and somewhat humorous) ramblings in and around the hobby (though we cannot shut up about Warhammer).By day, Joshy is a therapist; by night, he's an RPG aficionado who grew up on (not-so) Final Fantasies and crafting his own Dungeons & Dragons worlds. Jonny, a technician, spends his downtime conquering more video games than Joshy can keep track of.
