Drum Journey - The Spirit Animal

In this episode I share some of my own experience of the drum journey and why I offer it as part of my ongoing study groups and workshops. I use it in dance and in meditation and journey work. It has been a profound experience for me and has given me a deep connection to creativity, my soul purpose and the spirit world. Included in this episode is a ten minute journey to assist you in finding your power animal.
