Drunk Driving Marine Sentence, Plastic Bag Ban, Disneyland Expansion

Edward Minot Jr., a Camp Pendleton Marine, has been sentenced to nearly 14 years in state prison after driving drunk and killing a 12 year old boy last year in Oceanside. A tougher, statewide ban on plastic shopping bags is one step closer to becoming law in California.
