A 24-year-old Illinois woman laughed and joked with officers after killing two pedestrians while driving drunk. Stephanie Melgozza struck and killed 55-year-old Paul Prowant and his 43-year-old girlfriend, Andrea Rosewicz. When police arrived, both victims were declared dead at the scene. Despite being told multiple times she had killed two people, Stephanie remained oblivious, asking when she could get her car back for school and discussing her upcoming girls' trip to Vegas. She showed no remorse, only a chilling detachment from the gravity of her actions
