This show starts out with us talking about the high tech recording of the Zappy music that we use for our show.  We then quickly move into sports...recapping the Super Bowl, which then leads, of course into the  NHL and then the USHL gets sprinkled in which, naturally, leads right into a complete chronology of the University of North Dakota (UND) Fighting Sioux nickname battle is given and how the state of North Dakota could possibly end up suing the NCAA over the use of the nickname.  Which then leads into talk of the WCHA dissolving and UND joining a new hockey super conference. Lots of non-ice, hockey talk from the top down.  We wrap the show talking about playing sports and people that sandbag in leagues and dis Canada a bit.
