DSI: Training to Survive - DDG E29

We're back! Today on The DDG Ron and Les from Distributed Security join the podcast to discuss gunfights, training, and how to best prepare yourself for life-threatening scenarios if they should arise.  Both Ron and Les have extensive military and training experience, and it was great to have them on the show to detail what people need to be thinking about in terms of defense. How you should train, what you should train for, and a variety of other factors that come into play including the flight or fight response.  Training is an often overlooked piece of the puzzle when it comes to defending yourself and your family. There are a lot of people who are either too busy, or apprehensive about seeking out individuals to help them hone their skills, or simply understand the basics and set them on a path for success.  When push comes to shove, and your life is on the line, you will react.
