Yacht-a-Dot. With 85-minute skill devotion. For everyone who's simply Dutty and out, Alexa. Hey guys, Robin here.
Today we are going to look at another workout skill, and maybe a couple more tomorrow and the next day. This one's called Full Body Workout. Alexa, open Full Body Workout. Welcome to Full Body Workout.
Are you ready to work out? Yes. Choose your level of workout. Say level 1 or level 2 or level 3.
Level 3. You've chosen level 3. Are you ready to work out? Yes.
Let's do 20 reps of mountain climbers. Start by raising your knee to hip level, then drop down to the floor holding a plank position. Perform the basic move, bringing your knee to your chest, then back out again. Wow.
I think I understand what I'm talking about. Hey, I won't pretend that I'm doing it. Baby. It may well stop.
I think it's probably waiting for me to say, done. Alexa, okay. Say yes for the next exercise or say no to catch your breath. Okay.
Yes. Let's do 20 donkey kicks. Racing your core with knees and hips slightly bent. Use your glute to kick your working leg directly back as high as it will go without compromising your hip position.
Squeeze at the top. Resist the weight and slowly lower your foot back to the starting position. Oh my goodness, I just heard a rude word, I think. I really hope I didn't.
So, obviously, if we let this play long enough, it would say, are you done, or something like that. Something with a yes to answer. Alexa, stop. And it's gone.
I've got a bit of stuff there, because I'm pretty sure I heard a rude word. So, yeah, there you go. Really good explanations, and I think it's only a few minutes long. If you, um, this was that one hard, wasn't it?
So maybe it's a bit longer. I don't know. But maybe these are just harder exercises. Anyway, there you go.
Full body workout. So there must be quite a few exercises there. Great. Enjoy this one.
And I hope it hasn't got really, um, family unfriendly language in the music. This is Robin signing off, and we'll see you again tomorrow. Feedback, comments, demos. The dot-to-dot podcast at gmail.com.
