Yacht-to-Dot. With 85-minute skill devotion. For everyone who's simply dotty about Alexa. Hey guys, Robin here.
We're going to look at another fitness workout skill today. This is one of three, actually. Sit-up, pull-up, push-up, work-out. So there's three of them.
Sit-up, work-out, pull-up, work-out, push-up, work-out. Which one should we go for? Let's go for the sit-up, work-out. Alexa, open sit-up, work-out.
Okay, here's sit-up, work-out. Welcome to the first session of your sit-ups training. I'll provide you a training plan to strengthen your abs and build a six-pack. At the end of the training, you should be able to do at least 200 sit-ups continuously.
Let's start with a test to establish your current physical condition. Do as many sit-ups as you can in one minute. Get ready. 3, 2, 1, go.
I can tell you right now it'll be about 40. So maybe we'll have a fast-forward noise here and we'll be back in a moment. Stop. How many sit-ups did you do?
40. Great. You did 40 sit-ups, so I set your level to heart. For your first workout, you have to do a total of 87 sit-ups divided into 5 rounds.
I give you a maximum time of 1 minute and a half for each round. If you complete a round before 1 minute and a half, just say, Alexa, I did it. To go to the next round. At the end of the workout, I'll ask you for a feedback.
I use these feedbacks to optimize your training plan, making it harder not to become too easy for you. So please, be honest. Let's begin. First round, do 17 sit-ups.
Okay. Say go to start. Go. 3, 2, 1, go.
Same ticker. I'm glad they did the maths for us because I would have had to work out what's 87 or what it was 255. So, 200. Wow.
Is that my final goal? I think I'll leave it here. Alexa, stop. Remember, hard work always pays off.
Come back when you're ready to work out. Cool. There you go. What was this one?
Sit-up workout, pull-up workout, and push-up workout. Three different skills. Identical in every way except for what they're making you do. Cool.
