We start with a soothing soundscape that should sort out your delta waves once and for all. Also, Amazon recently started having your Echo suggest products you might like—and things she thinks you might need a refill on soon. To turn this off, in the A-lady app, tap More (bottom right) > Settings > Notifications > Amazon Shopping and turn off the toggle under "Recommendations & Deals".
