The guy is Robin here. Now yesterday, Amazon had an announcement. They put out some videos about a new version of the A-Lady. Not hardware.
It's going to be rolled out on all existing devices, starting with Echo Show. So starting with the ones with the screen, when they do something, it's going to be rolled out to all existing devices. Exciting. It's a new version of the A-Lady because she's smarter.
She's using generative AI. It's using a number of LLMs, a number of large language models, using Handphropic, which is a company who choose the right LLM depending on the task. So that's a really good choice. And, well, they've released a couple of videos.
So let's first of all watch this one. It's a couple minutes long and it's basically a summary of the key points of the announcement. Oh, I should say that there are loads of A-Bombs in these videos. So prepare yourself to shut off the ears of any devices nearby.

You can now share just about anything with Alexa. She remembers it, summarizes it, she analyzes it and allows you to take quick action. Today, I'm excited to announce two new Alexa plus features that are purposeful for kids. On day one, Alexa plus will already work with tens of thousands of other services and places from our partners.
They just got a text from Molly. She's just arrived at JFK. Can we send her an Uber and then I'll meet her at the restaurant? Certainly.

So when it comes to me, it's coming to the US over the next month or so. It will be rolled out gradually. And then it's said to the rest of the world and it doesn't give any kind of time frame. Hopefully it will be relatively soon.
It looks like there are integrations with services like Uber, etc. So maybe work needs to be done in every locality to be able to roll out fully. Now let's watch a second video slightly shorter, but this one is really, really good. It's almost time in conversation with a lady plus.
