Based in LA, he excels in music, dance, and entertainment. Kapua's diverse background, which includes Polynesian dance, hip hop, jazz, modern, and contemporary styles has shaped him into a versatile performer. Growing up, his exposure to music and dance stems from both sides of his family, with his dad being a DJ and his mom's dance-loving nature. He became a freshman at the Mission Dance and Performing Arts at the age of 14, and eventually ended up teaching there a little later in life. In early 2021, Kapua ventured into music, releasing his debut single "KING" followed by the summer anthem "TOON TOON."
