Duane Betts Interview: Getting sober, growing up with the top musicians in rock and roll, lessons he learned from his dad Dickey Betts… his vintage guitars, gratitude, catching shiners & mullett, authenticity, being more settled and getting into a good routine At 15, Duane was sitting in regularly with The Allman Brothers Band. He then spent a good amount of time cutting his teeth in a variety of bands in LA... eventually playing alongside his father, Dickey Betts, in the band Great Southern, for 10 years. In 2018, he released his first solo record, and shortly after this, Duane & Devon Allman, started The Allman Betts Band.
