Dub Talk 238 - Kakushigoto
from Dub Talk Hosted by dubtalkpodcast
It's a Father's Day celebration on Dub Talk, for all the guys working to take care of their kids without letting them know what they really do for a living. Andrew, Amon & Noah harness their best dad-energy to fully dissect the latest anime adaptation of Koji Kumeta: KAKUSHIGOTO. The comedic yet tender hearted escapades of how a manga artist juggles a less-than-reputable career with raising his adorably innocent daughter, with all the untranslatable humor you'd expect from the guy who wrote Sayannara Zetsubou Sensei. How in the world did they adapt this into an English dub? Grab your drawing tools and put on that 80s City Pop album to find out!
