A major Dh30 billion rain drainage project, 'Tasreef,' will also fortify Dubai’s rainwater management, scheduled for completion by 2033.Lieutenant General Dhahi Khalfan bin Tamim proposed a dedicated crisis response team, unified contact numbers for inquiries, and community education on flood preparedness and safety measures.
