A deadly crash in Lyon County, Kansas, left one driver critically injured and arrested after a high-speed rollover. Around 10 a.m. near Road 40 and S Highway 99, a 44-year-old woman, Lisa Jo Rickabaugh, allegedly failed to slow down as a 74-year-old driver turned into her path. The collision flipped the second car, throwing the elderly driver from the vehicle and requiring an airlift to Topeka. Rickabaugh, from Emporia, was taken into custody on suspicion of DUI and aggravated battery.
