Dukect lounge: WWE Performance Center a success or failure?

In this week's Dukect Lounge I talk about the WWE Performance Center that has been around for 8 years. And it has made some memorable stars Like the Shield, Becky Lynch, Shasa Banks, and others. But since over the years, Raw and Smackdowns ratings have gone into the toilet, and NXT while a hit on the WWE Network its success did not translate to the USA network. And now with NXT moving to Tuesdays soon as NXT did not have the footing to take on AEW the question has to be asked has the Preformance Center for the WWE helped or hurt the WWE.
