台北視障音樂基金會成立多功能樂譜中心，源自於張育豪董事長從小喜歡聽音樂，一路學習音樂的歷程，經歷了所有視障者必須克服的種種困難，例如要反覆不斷聽錄音帶或cd ，或要找到人來讀譜，若不是有堅強的意志是無法走到今天的，而每一位學音樂的視障者都要經歷這樣的困難，張育豪董事長早在十多年前就提出了這個構想希望集結大家的力量為視障朋友學習音樂在樂譜的部分成立一個供應中心，如今這願望已實現感謝許多人的大力支持，更感謝長笛演奏家陳妍如不辭辛勞不在乎酬勞以半義工性質參與服務目前已完成一百多首樂曲的有聲譜多功能樂譜中心的將樂譜轉為midi檔，利用電腦軟體打開檔案後，可將樂器的不同分部拆開來聽學習音樂將不再那麼吃力。midi檔能放慢、加快音軌速度，滿足各人需要。只要會使用電腦只要有網路，就能使用有聲譜。這項服務造福全世界的視障音樂人。讓音樂燃亮生命。 1/22及1/29有開設軟體使用課程歡迎報名 0225234444 -- Hosting provided by SoundOn
