Duties Required by the 8th Commandment
from EIGHTH COMMANDMENT on SermonAudio Hosted by Dr. Sacha Walicord
The Eighth Commandment calls you beyond simply not stealing—it calls you to use what God has entrusted to you for the good of others. Because everything ultimately belongs to God, you are called to work honestly, live contentedly, manage your resources wisely, and give generously. When you see how easily selfishness and greed shape your heart, look to Christ, who gave Himself for you. His grace transforms you from someone focused on accumulating for yourself into someone eager to share God's blessings with others.
