The opportunity also extends beyond basic compliance and hotel operations. DuVoice can use in-room phones for guest notifications, including restaurant promotions, spa offers, group messages and emergency alerts. Message-waiting indicators can help draw attention to those communications in a way that email or mobile messaging may not.
