Dan Simpkins is the Chief Executive Officer and one of the two founding partners of Dwellwell Analytics, Inc. The company has developed an IoT SaaS product that helps protect residential real estate assets by identifying maintenance issues before they become costly and disruptive  Dan’s company Hillcrest created the original 3D mouse for smart TV’s. He went from there to his new company Dwellwell which makes diagnostic sensors for homes.     Number One Tip:  Don’t let convention wisdom get you down, like “that’s a crazy idea”.
