Fun Uncle Dylan strikes again! It's well known that Dylan gifted Pepper's daughter their cat, Hiccup, years ago without any permission. Pepper was frustrated at first but has grown to love that cat. Dylan did it again. This time, he surprised Pepper's fiancé and step daughter with another adorable kitten. Pepper doesn't know how to feel about this second lifelong commitment.
