He is currently doing a world of good around the Men's mental health space (which we unpack a lot in this chat) as well as helping men & women alike re-connect with the idea of a more balanced life - optimizing for greater health & happiness. We discuss strategies to do just that, as well as highlight some of the major hurdles (on both an individual and societal level) that get in the way and hinder that process.
