Pastor Tim Russell serves as Associate Supervisor with the primary responsibility of the target of more and growing leaders together on mission and works in collaboration, partnership and support of the supervisor. With more than 30 years in ministry, Tim Russell served as lead pastor of New Hope Christian Fellowship (Hayward Foursquare Church) in Hayward, Calif., for five years. Tim is passionate about helping individuals find and walk in their designed purpose, which led him to serve as program director for Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center, a small business incubator in California. Tim is the author of Conquer or Be Conquered and is working on a book titled Rising From the Ruins. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Charles Mason Bible College. Tim and his wife, Vanessa, have seven children, five who are grown and two teenagers at home.
