Fixon (Vector Functions/MindTrip/Driving Forces/Phobiq Records/Android Muziq/Darknet/ Dystopian Rhythm/ Mexikan Techno Mafia/Illegal Alien/TR) FIXON With a solid career in the Mexican underground, more than 15 years as a professional DJ and more than 10 as a producer, Fixon has established himself as one of the most renowned Mexican Techno artists who are making some serious noise abroad. In 2008, he signed his first releases with the Argentinean label Mind Trip Music, owned by Techno master Juan Pablo Pfirter. With releases on labels such as Illegal Alien Records (Ricardo Garduno), Mind Trip Music (Pfirter), Phobiq Recordings (Sasha Carassi), Android Muziq (Dj Hi- Shock), Darknet, Achromatiq, Fixon proved that he can offer some serious talent as a producer. In 2011, he was signed by Italian label Phobiq Recordings, owned by another Techno chief, Sasha Carassi, making him the only Mexican artist that participates on this prestigious roster. In 2013, Fixon launches along with Dig-it the Mexican Techno Label Vector Functions Records in which they call on artists all over the globe to submit high quality music. Currently, he presents his live PA sessions with 100% original music using technology to hold out an experience that wraps an audience into a journey of senses that go from euphoria to paranoia, with driving basslines and cutting edge sounds that offer a style that portrays it’s very own musical “DNA”. His music can be heard in podcasts like CLR, Blindspot, Silent Steps on mixed sessions by artists like Richie Hawtin, Drumcell, Morgan Tomas, Miro Pajic, Bryan Chapman, Dr. Hoffmann, Juan Pablo Pfirter, Sasha Carassi, Marco Carola, Dj Hi-Shock, Sven Wittekind, Roland Dill, Torsten Kanzler, Rebekah, Drumcell, Luke Slater, Ricardo Garduno and Steve Rachmad, among others. He has also released podcasts with Blank Code and Project Techno.
