We talk firefighters, the punk rock band DOA, demovictions and pipelines. We also chat about the Vision race, the interesting way in which they worked their ballot and the different ways party members vote in nomination races. To the surprise of the Vancouver Green Party, Nicholas Chernen is involved in some lawsuits, and that has resulted in him resigning from his candidacy for their party. In our Vancouveratta this week, Patrick shares his childhood memories at Reifel Bird Sanctuary with his now departed Grandmother, and they talk about the peculiar Al Capone style way in which the bird sanctuary came to be.
