Ray worked alongside & learned from some of the greatest trainers of our generation (you'll hear who in the show). We hear how Ray gives corrections, how he handles dogs who do not give effort and what he considers "effort." We talk in depth about increasing effort on down the shore blinds and other difficult scenarios.
