E.14- Being Vulnerable and Accepting Constructive Criticism

Welcome to the Honest + Jazzy Podcast with your co-hosts Hannah Plotkin and Jackie Spinnell! This episode we start off with a super interesting icebreaker question then transition right into a meaningful discussion with Liat about how she has truly grown to accept constructive criticism and becoming more vulnerable. It is a super eye-opening interview where Liat touches on how she attributes becoming more outgoing to also becoming more vulnerable! The ultimate goal of this episode is to inspire others to see how stepping out of your comfort zone is a crucial point in discovering who you are as a person. Additionally, we touch on how to determine who to take advice from and what trust really is. We want to continue to deliver content that promotes positivity and happiness, especially during this lockdown where it is hard to stay inspired.
